The reasons as to why the theme idea underwent so many different changes are as follows.
The group initially suffered a setback when our initial idea of time lapsed people walking past an individual was not able to be carried out. this was due to the fact that we were unable to film that many people without getting every one's consent first.
This meant that we had to go back to the drawing board and reconstruct a new idea. After this, group members fell ill and we were unable to get a great deal of the work done. From here when group members recovered and come back into college, we underwent another idea change, where the idea went from a time lapse piece, to a journey concept. Due to this we were drastically under pressure from how little time we had left, and as a result the project didn't achieve its full potential. But I think that the concept still works very well.

I feel that communication is the most important part about group work dynamics. I think that I have learned this the hard way, but I intend on taking this with me on to future projects. With people management, I think that I have learned that even if im not a team leader, I should still encourage a greater work ethic. I understand now that each team member is needed to encourage and motivate eachother to ensure that the project gets completed to its fullest. With resource management, I feel that our group didnt do too badly on this, in terms of equipment rental etc. I think it fell apart on the logistics side, and thats where our problems developed. This also ties in with the setbacks that we had, as everything seemed on track up untill our initial idea. Once that fell apart, it seemed like everyone lost motivation and had some time off due to illness, which put more pressure on the group. I feel that because of this, I have now learned to organise what is needed to get done, and take it upon myself to quickly come up with a solution that I think works in the projects favour.
